This is great! The only obstacle I see, in using this right away, are clients who have IT departments that block certain URLs/services.
I love the idea of sending clients the wrap-up, summary, whatever via email — they are usually accustomed to that and learning a new productivity app is too much for them. They will get the mail, I will get the response. All in Basecamp3.
But… They will not receive attachments (as those are send as links, not the actual files added to the message).
I think that they will have the same problem with clicking Yes on No — the URL will not work. If this is how the feature works.
For the attachments a great option would be to check if I want to send attachments as a link or as a file. With Yes or No the reply send via email and not as a URL would be great.
